MISSION.

Liner notes exists to preserve the feeling around the music.

We are a vinyl club & cultural studio rooted in Black music, analog practice, & communal listening. Through immersive experiences, curated gatherings, artist-centered programming, & living archives, we create spaces where music is not consumed in the background, but experienced fully.

Our work moves between sound, story, design, & memory.

We build listening rooms that slow people down.
We create environments that invite reflection, conversation, & connection.
We document the voices inside the sleeves, behind the records, & across generations.

LINER NOTES approaches music as cultural preservation.
As ritual.
As storytelling.
As a shared language.

With intimate listening sessions to large-scale experiential programming, every experience is designed to leave an imprint beyond the event itself.

Our mission is to keep the stories alive.
To protect the humanity inside the music.
To create spaces where people feel seen through sound.

Because records have never only been records, but archives of who we were, who we are, & who we are becoming.
